How to maintain the motor?

In the daily work, it is necessary to pay attention to the sound and vibration of the motor at work. The abnormal sound is quite different from the normal sound. If there is an abnormality, stop and check the motor.
Under normal production conditions, the roller bearing must be cleaned once by gasoline or diesel for five days, and filled with high speed lubricating oil at the same time. The gearbox is maintained for half a year. The vertical shaft bearing is cleaned once a day for 7 days, and the main shaft part must be poured butter every eight hours.

Maintenance of other parts:

Check whether the lubrication of the bearing is good or not, and check whether all fasteners are fastened.
Check whether the lubricating oil pump is working regularly or not, if the lubricating oil is in good condition, if the damaged oil pump is found to be replaced in time.
Check if the belt is damaged, belt or upper tank wheel oil, clean the cloth timely
Check if the protective device is good, and if the protection device is found to be unsafe, it should be eliminated in time.
Check whether there is any other debris in wood pellet machine. Cleaning the machine timely in case of block of the machine.
